For this reason, OPERON is glad to announce the launch of the Real SARS-CoV-2 PLUS kit, that enables the detection of 3 genes: N, E and orf1ab genes from SARS-CoV-2 with the possibility to use a protocol that only needs a lysis step before the RT PCR real time procedure, enabling fast time to results, and reducing costs, while being comparable in sensitivity to the protocol using extraction.
