On last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the students of the Master’s Degree in Food Quality, Safety and Technology of the Universidad de Veterinaria of Zaragoza. As part of their training in one of the subjects of the master, they visited us to know the company, products and services, with the help of Dr. Ruth de Luis and Dr. Celia Conesa.
The students were able to visit the facilities and learn about the history of the company from its beginnings. Several talks were also given on the immunochemical techniques that we have been using in our products over the years, so that they could see their application at a practical and not only academic level.
During the day, our colleagues carried out different practical demonstrations of some tests related to food analysis, so that the students could see the theory applied to products already manufactured.
